Finished for now!

When I come back from my trip I will take whatever feedback is given and tweak the paintings as needed. This has been two of the craziest weeks. But I am so thankful for the opportunity to meet all the amazing collectors I had the privilege to paint. I wish I had had a little more time, but I'm pretty satisfied with the final outcome. Typically an oil painting will take me anywhere from three months to nine months. Each of these paintings are 24" x 30" and took somewhere close to 1-2 days to paint each one.

I couldn't have done it without the amazing support of my husband and son. The writer I am working with writes The Townie in Thomasville and she gave me some wonderful feedback throughout these weeks.

I thought I would share some more of my favorites, but they are much better in person! Please come to The Thomasville Center for the Arts for the opening Sunday, April 21st from 2-5pm. We will be grabbing dinner in Thomasville afterwards to celebrate, anyone is welco…

After meeting a wonderful woman during the interviews of the southern collectors I found out about this show in Valdosta, GA. It is a juried show and I'm excited to enter and be a part of this. The opening Gala costs money to go to because there will be a buffet.

The show will run from April 6-June 8th.
